If you have any complaint, you did not receive the correct order or you have received a damaged item due to our fault or the carrier’s, please contact us as soon as possible.

According to the law, any purchase can be returned. Depending on the case, we will prepare and ship a replacement or issue you the full refund.

You can apply for a return request in maximum 30 days upon the delivery of your order and the shipping fee could be on your or on our expense, depending on the return reason.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be paid back in maximum 15 days since the return authorization.
